A client approached AVLM with a unique operational challenge: they needed a more efficient way to transport goods and personnel across their large property without relying on fuel-powered vehicles. Their existing transport methods were not only costly due to rising gas prices, but also inefficient and poorly suited for navigating uneven terrain, especially during the rainy season. After assessing their needs, AVLM proposed a customized solution using electric golf carts. We sourced carts equipped with off-road tires for durability and grip, increased seating capacity to accommodate team movement, and added built-in storage compartments for transporting goods securely and conveniently. The switch to electric carts significantly reduced fuel expenses, improved day-to-day logistics, and enhanced overall operational efficiency. The project demonstrated how smart equipment customization, paired with local insight and supplier coordination, can solve real-world problems and deliver long-term value for our clients.
