Working closely with our technical team and manufacturing partners, we designed a custom oil spraying machine equipped with automated nozzles, adjustable spray pressure, and stainless steel, food-grade components. The machine also featured precision controls to minimize oil usage and easy-to-clean parts to meet food safety standards.

By transitioning to automation, the client significantly reduced labour costs, achieved greater consistency in product quality, lowered oil consumption, and increased overall production efficiency.
