Warehouse Racking System
A client approached AVLM for support with a warehouse racking project requiring over 150 tall and short racks, built to withstand -18°C temperatures, resist salt and moisture, and constructed using hot-dipped galvanized steel.
A client reached out to inquire if we could help them with customized warehouse racking systems for below freezing temperatures. An urgent export audit was fast approaching, and their existing warehouse racking systems didn’t meet compliance standards. Failure would mean losing access to a key international market, an outcome they couldn’t afford.
Local suppliers couldn't customize racking solutions for sub-zero environments, while importing from the US or EU was proving too expensive. Shipping quotes were inconsistent, timelines uncertain, and with their team already stretched thin, the client needed more than a vendor, they needed a partner.
AVLM stepped in to manage the process end-to-end. We began with a detailed site visit to assess the layout and confirm technical specifications: the racks needed to withstand -18°C temperatures, resist salt and moisture exposure, and include over 150 units (both tall and short). The solution was custom-built hot-dipped galvanized steel racks designed for long-term durability in cold storage.
We sourced, vetted, and negotiated directly with reliable manufacturers. Our team coordinated production, managed inspections, oversaw packaging, and arranged sea freight, removing logistical headaches and reducing risk for the client.
